Learn about our policies for exchanges and refunds for local and international clients.

Local Client Policy

Pret items can be exchanged only if reported within 48 hours of delivery, with original proof of purchase receipt. The customer has to ship the Item back to us and pay shipping cost against new item.

Refunds are applicable only if the pret item is defected. If the customer chooses to exchange, we will be liable to pay delivery costs.

Made to order items cannot be exchanged or Returned. They can be altered if there is an issue with fitting. Customer has to ship them back to us.

International Client Policy

At the moment, we are not entetaining any exchanges or refunds for international clients.
